The service

VisiblyWell drafts and hosts marketing websites for registered dietitians. You can preview a site for free without an account. Claiming, editing and publishing a site requires signing in.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything published on your site, including your name, credentials, licensure, services, fees and any wording drafted for you. Please review it before you publish.
• Only list credentials and licenses you actually hold.
• Only publish testimonials that are real and that you have permission to use.
• Do not enter or publish information about your clients.
• Do not use VisiblyWell for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

No guarantees about search or AI

VisiblyWell writes your site to be clear to people, search engines and AI assistants. We cannot guarantee any search ranking, AI recommendation, number of visitors or number of clients.

Pricing

Previewing a site is free. Before you are ever charged, we will show you the plan and its price clearly, and nothing is charged without your say-so.

Your content

You own the content of your site. You give us permission to host, display and process it so we can provide the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Availability

We work hard to keep VisiblyWell running, but the service is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Ending

You can stop using VisiblyWell and unpublish your site at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
