Information you give us

• Practice details you enter to create a preview: your name, credentials, specialties, city and state, how clients pay, your booking link, and anything you choose to write about your approach or your social profiles.
• Account details when you sign in with Google to claim a site: your name and email address.
• Website content you edit and publish.

Previews are created at a public link, so please only enter practice details you are comfortable sharing publicly.

No client health information

VisiblyWell is a marketing website for your practice. It does not run appointments, intake forms or client records, and it is not designed to store health information. Please do not enter information about your clients. Booking and intake stay with your own tools.

How we use information

• To draft, show, host and update your website.
• To draft website wording. Your practice details may be processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) for this purpose.
• To run your account, answer your questions and keep the service secure.
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information.

Visitors to your website

If a visitor to a site built with VisiblyWell chooses to subscribe to updates, we store their email address on your behalf so you can contact them. We do not collect health details from your visitors.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not store personal information about visitors. If you sign in, we use a cookie to keep you signed in.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run VisiblyWell, including Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and network), Google (sign-in), Anthropic (AI drafting) and, for paid plans, Stripe (payments). They process information only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

You can edit or unpublish your site at any time. To ask for a copy of your information, or to have your account and site deleted, email visiblywell@gmail.com.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
