VisiblyWell helps registered dietitians in private practice get found by clients and by AI, without becoming an influencer.
What we do
VisiblyWell is a website builder made only for registered dietitians. You answer five short steps about your practice, and VisiblyWell drafts a complete website: your credentials, your specialties, where you work, how payment works, an answer-first FAQ and a button to the booking tool you already use. You review the wording and publish when you are ready.
Why it exists
More people now look for care by searching Google or asking AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Those tools can only point to a dietitian whose practice details are written clearly on a page of their own. Many excellent dietitians don’t have that page, because building a website is one more job on top of clinical work, and posting every day on social media rarely brings in 1:1 clients.
How we work
- Honest about search and AI. A clear website improves your odds of being found. No one can guarantee a ranking or an AI recommendation, and we never claim to.
- No fake reviews. Your site only ever shows testimonials you add yourself. VisiblyWell never writes them.
- No client health information. Booking and intake stay with your own tools, such as Practice Better, Healthie, Acuity or Calendly.
- You are the expert. Nothing is published until you review it and choose to publish.
